Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. My heart felt condolences, thoughts and prayers, for the family and friends of Rev. Dr. Jodie Mitchell, Rest In Peace

  2. We wish to express our deepest condolences to the family at this time of tremendous loss.  We knew and loved Jodie so much, as we worked with him at Ft. Sam Houston, as well as having been a good friend to him through the years.  We will never forget his Godliness, his spirit, openness, and sense of humor.  It lighted up our lives, and we feel it was truly a blessing to have know this beloved man.  May the family find solace in celebrating his life and achievements, knowing that he will always be in our heart, memories, and thoughts and prayers.  We were deeply saddened that we were out of state at the time of his funeral, and were unable to attend and meet personally with all the family.  May God bless you and lead you on to celebrate Jodie’s “Home Going” and to continue to honor his memory.  With deepest sympathy and love, Colonel (Ret) and Mrs. Gaylord (Bud) Lindsay III
