Patricia Ann Williams Perkins was born and grew up in Wellborn, Texas. Her family moved to San Antonio where she graduated from the newly integrated Brackenridge High School. She married Milton H. Perkins and traveled abroad as a military wife. She later received her real estate’s license from San Antonio College.
Patricia Ann was the proud mother of two daughters. She took her role very seriously, and was always focused on using every opportunity to teach life lessons and social grace. She was known for her beauty, graciousness, quick wit, humor, and infectious laughter.
She shared her love for the arts including music, literature, visual art, sculpture, etc… Throughout her adult life, she battled mental illness, and chose a life of solitude in her later years.
She leaves to cherish her memory 2 children, Harvonya Perkins and Tonya Pacetti-Perkins grandchildren: John-Rupert Isaiah Pacetti-Perkins and Michael Louis Pacetti-Perkins; five siblings: Radie Jo Cannady (Kelvin), Claudette R.M. Thomas (Ellis), Debra Harper (Russell), Claud Mosely, Jr. (Shelley), and Johnny C. Mosely (Chris), and many nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends.
