Marques Carrington Bradley, a loving son, brother, uncle, and dear friend, entered eternal rest at the young age of 37. He was born in San Francisco, California, to proud parents Linwood and Patricia Bradley.

As part of a military family, Marques experienced life in many places across the United States, shaping his character and broadening his outlook on life. He graduated from MacArthur High School in San Antonio, Texas, in 2006. He went on to attend Stephen F. Austin State University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Continuing his pursuit of excellence, he later achieved a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Texas Tech University.

Marques dedicated his professional life to serving others as a speech therapy counselor, helping children in need find their voices and confidence. He served passionately in this role for the last several years, leaving a lasting impact on the many families he worked with.

Athletic, driven, and full of energy, Marques was an avid sports enthusiast. He played both high school and college football, excelling as a wide receiver, and he also ran track. His competitive spirit and team leadership were admired by all who played alongside him.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving parents, Linwood E. Bradley and Patricia Bradley; his devoted brother, Erik Bradley; and his beloved niece, Ryleigh Bradley. He is also survived by his uncle, Harry Carrington (Fredricka); aunts, Stacey Carrington and Gwen Finley (Lawrence); host of cousins, and special friends.

Marques will be remembered for his compassion, dedication, and joyful spirit that touched the lives of everyone who knew him.
