Leroy Howard was born June 15, 1952 in Augusta, GA to Roy Lee and Gertrude Howard. He was the third oldest of nine children, a trained C.N.A., singer, semipro athlete, and lineman for City Public Service.
He passed away on October 23, 2019 in San Antonio, TX.
He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife Yolanda D. Howard and a sister-in-law Muishell Jackson.
Visitation will be Sunday, November 10, 2019 at Lewis Funeral Home, 811 So. W.W. White Road, San Antonio, TX from 1:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Interment will take place in Walker Memorial Park, Augusta, GA
