Ezekiel Levan White, a loving husband, devoted father, and cherished grandfather, entered eternal rest at the age of 58. He was born on June 30, 1967, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to the late Louis White Sr. and Geraldine Douglas.
Ezekiel met the love of his life, Ola Harris, and together they shared a beautiful union of 36 years. He was a dedicated and attentive husband and a pillar of strength for his family. Known for his curiosity and determination, Ezekiel was always eager to learn—often teaching himself new skills through reading and hands-on experience.
A gifted and hardworking man, Ezekiel spent 30 years in construction, ultimately serving as a supervisor. He was incredibly handy and took pride in working on cars and handling plumbing projects. Beyond his work, he was an amazing cook who found joy in preparing meals and hosting family barbeques. His supportive and compassionate nature touched everyone who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.
Ezekiel leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Ola Harris; his three children, Sharnese White, Levan White, and Daryn White; and his four grandchildren, who were dear to his heart: Meleya Antao Dos Santos, Mylah White, Jasiah White, and Jayce White. He is also survived by his siblings, Michelle White, Rona White, Pierre Armstrong, Louis White Jr., and Stacy White, along with numerous other loving relatives and friends.
Ezekiel’s legacy of love, dedication, and strength will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
