Cora E. White Mack

Cora E. White Mack, a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, gained her heavenly wings on August 22, 2026, at the age of 74, in Rowlett, Texas, surrounded by her loving family.

Cora was born in San Antonio, Texas, to the late George Wiley White Jr. and Mildred White. She received her education in San Antonio and graduated from Sam Houston High School.

Cora was a dedicated and hardworking woman who devoted 30 years of her professional life to serving others as a Medical Records Supervisor at Robert B. Green Hospital in San Antonio before retiring. Her commitment to her work reflected the same compassion, strength, and dedication she brought to every part of her life.

Cora was a woman of faith whose belief in God carried her through both joyful and challenging seasons. She was also a courageous cancer survivor, demonstrating the strength, resilience, and perseverance that became such an important part of her story.

As a single mother, she lovingly raised her only son, Corey, whom she cherished deeply. Her family was the center of her world, and she treasured every opportunity to spend time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her great-grandchildren affectionately called her “Co-Co,” a loving name that reflected the special bond she shared with them.

Cora had a heart full of love and a home often filled with the sweet aroma of something baking. She loved to bake and found joy in creating special treats for the people she loved, especially her famous sweet potato pie. She was also a devoted San Antonio Spurs fan, and those who knew her could often hear her proudly cheering, “Go Spurs Go!” Her favorite color was blue, a beautiful reflection of the calm, warmth, and grace she carried with her.

Cora was preceded in death by her parents, George Wiley White Jr. and Mildred White; and her beloved brothers, Phillip White and Bryan White.

She leaves to cherish her precious memory her only son, Corey Dudley (Valeriee); and her loving siblings, George White, Georgann Bowens, Virginia White, and Selena Brock.

She also leaves to cherish her memory her grandchildren, Kaila Dudley, Antonio Dudley, Destiny Rose, Kalon Dudley, Gregory Peoples, and Cameron Peoples; and her great-grandchildren, Jai-Vone Hemphill, Aria Peoples, Kaiden Hemphill, and Amóre Dudley, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends who were blessed to know and love her.

Cora will be remembered for her strength, faith, loving spirit, generous heart, and unwavering devotion to her family. Though she has left this earthly home, the love she gave, the memories she created, and the legacy she leaves behind will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
