CSM-RET James L. Patillo of San Antonio passed away peacefully September 21, 2019. He was born in Lynchburg, VA on September 4, 1941.
He is proceeded in death by his wife, Margaret Patillo and is survived by his daughters, Portia Patillo-Nwegbo, Rhonda Patillo, Monique Patillo Jones (Kevin), Sonja Patillo, grandson, Simeon Nwegbo II, his brother, Robert Patillo Sr. (Janet), sisters Loretta Wilson (William), Diane McCoy (Robert), Cynthia Mitchell and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other beloved relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 3rd, 2019 at 11:30AM at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, 2157 Burnet St. Interment, Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 1:45PM.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 from 5PM to 8PM at Lewis Funeral Home, 811 South WW White Road.
