WARREN A BIERRIA

May 31, 1939 ~ April 11, 2025

 

Antonia Victoria and Irving Bierria, Sr. gave birth to ten (10) siblings in New Orleans, Louisiana. Warren Anthony was born May 31, 1939. Throughout his lifetime he shared Harmony, Love, and Happiness with his family and friends.

Warren enlisted in the United States Air Force at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas at seventeen (17) years of age. He served for 25 years at several military bases. He retired at Lackland Air Force Base Squadron # 3706 as Master Sergeant Supervisor for the Air Force Drum and Bugle Squad.

Warren joined matrimony with Glenetta Elaine on June 17, 1961, in San Antonio, Texas. Crystal and Terryle are their devoted children. Better known as Pawpaw, he genuinely enjoyed embracing and making joyful playtimes with seven (7) grandchildren and eight (8) great grandchildren.

He was preceded in deaths by his Mother, Father, three (3) brothers: Irving, Jr., Terry, Melvin and two (2) sisters: Rose Marie and Joyce.

Warren leaves behind three (3) brothers: Ronald, Roland and Gary and one (1) sister, Joann.

 At the close of the day, Warren was well known in the community as a Master Barber for many years. Warren’s memberships included: San Antonio Zulu Association, San Antonio Friendship Group, Fred Brock American Legion Post 828, Security Service SMD Group and Bethel United Methodist Church.
