  1. My deepest sympathy to the Conaway family.
RIP Boo Boo. Your friendship will be greatly missed on the golf course.

  2. I had the pleasure of working with BooBoo as a communications operator for many years. On one occasion as I was leaving the office he waved me down and asked for a ride to pick up his patrol unit from the repair shop. The best part was watching him have to fold himself in half to get into my compact car. I often teased him about the time he “carjacked” me. He was a character and I know he’ll be greatly missed.

  3. My Classmate Earl Conaway’s family.” Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so , would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going. Jesus is the Way to the Father”. Retired SGT. Joe Applewhite- Classmate B 1977 DPS

  4. I met Conaway at Lubys on 410 and Rigsby. He was friends with the GM Bruce Spencer. He quickly became my friend. Throughout, the years, I transferred to many Lubys around town and He always came by where I was at. Ill miss the long conversations about anything and everything. Rest Easy Conaway!

  5. Earl was my classmate in elementary school and in high school. He and his sister, Edna Mae graduated with me in the Class of 1964. .The Conway family is in my thoughts and prayers. Be Blessed.

  6. Praying for the family. Always had me laughing about something. That was after he had fussed me out about being in town and not letting him know. R.I.P.
    J. D. Thomas

  7. Boo Boo and the Conaway will always be remembered for all the good fun times in Wheatley Courts. If it was a problem with your car and if you needed him to watch your kids for a few minutes, he was always there with a smile. We were entertained with his friend David mimicking the “Temptation’s” Steps. RIP Boo Boo – You Will Be Missed
    Wheatley Courts Friends

  8. I played racquetball with Boo-Boo at Davis Scott YMCA many years ago. He was very good. He would let me play with him as a partner so we could beat up on the other guys. Not many would choose a woman, but he did. He was a great sport and so kind. I will always remember his laughter, his slow motion moves and his friendship. Rest in peace, Earl. My prayers and sympathy to the family.

  9. You have me and my families sympathy in the death of your much loved husband or brother. May God give you the comfort and courage to make it thru this! The Fagan & Bryant Family

  10. Our deepest condolences .. may he RIP .. Vaya con Dios my friend !!! we are fellow racers.
Raul (Ollucky) , Anthony and Mark . Rodriguez
