  1. I worked with Mrs. Theresa several times throughout the years and most recently since January when she came back to work at CACI.  We work closely together during this time and my respect and admiration for her only grew.  She picked me up at my low points, make me laugh a lot, and her spirit and sass never ceased to amaze me.  She had a passion for the job she was so very good at that made her an awesome leader and teacher.  She had time for anyone who needed help.  I miss her so much.

  2. dear family and friends, we pray that His glory and riches may strengthen us all as our sister  as our sister did. Theresa  left us to follow.. I believe she left us this message.
You are blessed because your  are in God’s will and He had promise with the generous gifts of His grace.
Thank you Theresa for leaving us the message of “may the righteous be glad and rejoice before God.
    Billy and Helen Thompson

  3. Got Bless the Family. I would visit my son Andre’ and his wife and daughter Tara and Faith in San Antonio every year at Christmas time. Mrs Black would always welcome me wit a smile when I attended Thor Church. Rest In Peace sister Black.
