Sylvia E. Contreras was born July 23rd, 1953 and passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones on Monday February 24, 2020. Sylvia was born in San Antonio, Texas to Jose and Maria Gomez. Sylvia was born the sixth child of nine children.She is survived by her four daughters and husband of 24 years, Felipe Contreras.
Sylvia Contreras was a loving mother to Laura, Elizabeth, Amanda, and Andria that includes 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Sylvia loved spending time with her daughters and wonderful grandchildren. She especially loved the journeys she would make to Mexico with her husband who was also her best friend. She was a wonderful Mom that was generous with her time but, most of all with her loving kindness and an awesome sense of humor that will truly be missed.
