On*February*21, 2022, Shelton Fersner, III*answered the Master's call to come home Shelton Fersner, III, was the*2nd*child (and only*son) born to the late*Shelton Fersner, Jr*and*Vastine
Fullwood in Washington, DC. Shelton was an active member of the Ebenezer AME*Church in Fort Washington, MD.*He*was a proud graduate of Oxon Hill High School in*Oxon Hill, MD and
Aveda Institute of Washington, DC.
Shelton became a barber at the age of 13 years old. He went on to work at several barbershops, but notable worked on Capitol Hill in the House Barbershop for 11 until he relocated with his
family to Texas in February 2020 Shelton was a natural entrepreneur. He could sell air. Shelton sold scented shea butter and oils, was a realtor with Berkshire Hathaway in White Plains, MD and also sold handmade jewelry.
Shelton was also an amazing Chef and was admitted into the Culinary Institute of America in San Antonio, TX. He*was the devoted and loving husband of Mrs. Brittney A. Fersner of New Orleans, LA. They were*married*on October 29, 2019*until his death.
Shelton*was preceded in death by his*father, Shelton Fersner, Jr. Shelton Fersner, III*is survived by his wife, Brittney A. Fersner, Son, Jared Ables, Stepson, Lawrence Fletcher, Mother, Vastine Fullwood of Norfolk, VA, Sisters, Crystal Fullwood of Stafford, TX. Nieces, and nephews and a host of family and friends that loved him dearly.





To my family am so sorry to hear about my cousin Shelton. He truly will be miss by all. Deepest sympathy Barbara Nixon Halsey and Family. Chesapeake , Va.
