Sandy Sistrunk, Sr. 65, passed away September 4, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on June 1, 1959, to Ruby and Gene Sistrunk.
Sandy had a great life and many exciting endeavors.
The United States Army – “Hooah”
He carried many of the same acts through life after his service time. Sandy was loyal, respectful, selfless, a man of integrity, and courageous.
Mason Fraternity – Brotherhood
More than social bonding within the brotherhood, Sandy was involved with teaching younger men values and leadership, supporting the community and most of all, family care.
Lone Wolf Motor Cyclist
Sandy covered many miles across many cities and states. He was a solo act and did not belong to any specific motorcycle club, but he was welcomed in and rode with many various groups.
Professional Truck Driver – Owner and Operator
Once again, Sandy traveled near and far across the United States. He would often give his younger cousins rides in his big rig as if it were a carnival ride. The children adored Sandy because he was easy to love.
Sandy enjoyed entertaining and providing for his family members as well. It was “crystal clear” that he adored his mother!
Sandy is survived by his mother, children, grandchildren, siblings and many other relatives and friends.
