Sandra C. Hallowell was preceded in death by her father Augustin Chincarini Jr., and mother Sophia Hernandez Chincarini and brother Augustin Chincarini III, her sisters Viola C. Winegeart, Diana C. Carlton, and Dahlia C. Crowell.
She leaves behind: Carrie, Michael, Adam, Andrew, Genevieve, Irene, and Ilene.

Sandra was an amazing, loving, caring, humble, and selfless person. Never too busy to sit down and talk and always the first person to say good morning and good night. Sandra has impacted many lives and will truly be missed. We love you Momma.
