On March 24, 1978 a beautiful baby girl was born in San Antonio, Texas to the proud parents Thomas G. Tyler Sr. and Sharon D. Brooks. They named her Latricia Nicole Brooks and everyone affectionally called her Nikki.
She attended school in the San Antonio Independent School District. She graduated from Highlands High School. She continued her education later in life earning her Associates Degree. She earned Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, which was awarded posthumously. Latricia gave birth to two loving sons, Jamerrio and Jaylin, who she loved dearly. She was a devoted mother, giving her sons all the love and support that a mother could give.
Latricia (Nikki) was employed by Regency Community Service Incorporated. She was a dedicated worker with a drive to succeed. Her drive gave her the ability to move quickly from an entry level position to becoming an ICP Coordinator.
She was a daddy’s girl and loved family. For enjoyment she played cards and any type of board games. She was very competitive and didn’t like to lose in anything; she would get really serious and all you could do was laugh. Although her seriousness would make you laugh, he also enjoyed making little jokes on the side and laughing.
She is proceeded in death by her maternal and paternal great grandparents. Maternal grandparents Alton Gerald Johnson Jr. and Dorothy Louise Brooks Williams. Paternal grand-father Thomas L. Tyler and Son Jamerrio Xavier Brooks.
Latricia (Nikki) leaves to cherish her memories, her parents Sharon D. Brooks and Thomas G. Tyler; Son Jaylin Thomas Sedberry; paternal grandmother Jean C. Brown; Siblings SSG (Retired) Simone Brooks, Tompkins Phillips and brother Thomas Tyler Jr., a host of Uncles, Aunts, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Family and Friends.
