Leo was the best brother-in-law a person could ever want. I will always remember his laughter and sense of humor. He loved his children to the fullest while teaching them to be responsible. He truly loved ALL of his family and will be missed. Rest-In-Power Leo. My Condolences to his family and many friends who loved him. God Bless You All.
