Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. No words can truly express how I felt when I first heard of the passing of the beautiful soul I knew as Mrs. Watson. I can only imagine the depth of your sorrow, and I want you to know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.
Growing up in Huntleigh Park, some of my fondest childhood memories were made on Belinda Lee Street—at Mrs. Watson’s house. She was always welcoming, always kind. I remember knocking on her door, and even if Joy wasn’t home, she’d greet me with a warm smile and say, “Come in, she’ll be home soon.” I always felt like family.
Her open door and open heart left a lasting impression on me. She was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met, and her kindness shaped so many of my early years. I’m praying for Pamela, Joy, Karl, and the entire family during this difficult time.
Please accept my deepest condolences. I hope you find comfort in the love that surrounds you and in the beautiful memories you shared with her.
    With heartfelt sympathy,
    Veronica (Wallace) Whitfield
