Greg was our protector at the Express News. We were always greeted with a precious heartfelt smile and often a hug. He never ever seemed to have a bad day – either that or he never let us know if he was. Heaven has gained a very precious angel. My heartfelt sympathies to your family as you go through this chapter of life.
I first met Greg more than 35 years ago when he and his family, along with my sister and I, moved into a new community in Springfield, Virginia. Our families quickly became very close friends, and saw or spoke with one another almost daily.
Greg was such a happy, friendly, genuine guy with a huge heart. When I saw his posted photograph flashing that big smile, I laughed and said to myself, “yep, that is the same Greg that I met all those years ago with that priceless smile.â€
Though Greg will be missed immensely, I join his host of family and friends in cherishing fond and joyful memories in our hearts. God has welcomed an angel into His Kingdom of Heaven. Let us all rejoice!
