  1. Dear Mom,
I miss you every day from the daily morning prayer calls to laughing throughout the day. Thank you for being a woman of God that he called you to be. Thank you for taking care of business with style and class even after the death of your husband. May your legacy continue to live on❤️ Your work, prayer and faith speaks for itself. Thank you for your generosity, wisdom, and demonstrating prayer life. Love always your daughter

  2. Glory is love personified by God. You my dear Gloria have been a blessing to me in so many ways. When I needed you to help me with daddy you came without hesitation. We’re more Sisters than first cousins! I’m going to cherish our relationship forever and continue to thank God for the life you lived. Love you always. De’Borah

  3. In remembrance of Glory Merchant, a woman that truly feared God, I will miss our conversation on the phone, always praying for her family, and everyone she came in contact with, asking, now how are you doing, a precious jewel, always excited about JESUS, yes indeed, to God be the Glory! Love always cousin Iras Keith!

  4. Ms. Glory, I’m only going to think of you as out of town without cell service. Why? Because I know that you are alive in Christ and one day we will meet again. Thank you for the love that you showed Shedric and I. Thank you for being such a great neighbor and friend. I sure will miss hearing all about the fun at the senior center and how whenever I would tell you something new, you would respond with, “What you say?” And if anyone reading this knows Ms. Glory like I did, you read that just the way she spoke it.

  5. Sis. Glory Merchant was nothing but light and love to the Grant family. She never showed up empty-handed, always had something to share and a praise for the Almighty God. We will miss her dearly, but know that she is at rest in peace and power. We extend condolences to her children, siblings and extended family and friends. 😇❤️🙏🏾

  6. My heartfelt prayers go out to you and your family Soror Valentine. I am praying for your strength and healing.
    Soror Donna

  7. To the family and friends of Sister Glory Johnson Merchant, We are sending our sincere condolences, love and prayers during this difficult time. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Glory was loved by so many. She always greeted us with a big smile and hugs. Glory will be so missed. Lean on the Lord, trusting with all your heart…
