GERTRUDE ELLISON

Gertrude "Curly" Ellison, beloved mother and grandmother, was called home by the Lord on September 8, 2021 at the age of 88. She was born in Fayetteville, Texas on July 30,1933 to Earnest and Matty Thompson.

She was baptized and accepted Christ at an early age. She was also a proud member of Bright and Morning Star Baptist church until the time of her passing.

Gertrude was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband David Ellison, brothers Earnest and Eddie Thompson, and daughter Barbara Ann Bean.

She leaves to mourn her passing, son's Linzy Ray Bean Jr (Tracy), Edward Lee Bean, and daughter Tammie Thompson. A nephew, seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and three great, great grandchildren. Close cousins, other relatives and friends.
