EDWARD C. RICE
March 1, 1950 ~ April 30, 2020
Edward Charles Rice (Tooie) was born on March 1, 1950 in San Antonio, Texas to the late Willie Rice Jr. and Florida Rice. He departed this life April 30, 2020 at home at the age of 70. He was preceded in death by his sibling Gregory Rice.
He graduated from Wheatley Heights High School and accepted Christ at an early age. He joined the military after High School and served in Korea.
After the military he was employed at Turbine for many years.
Tooie enjoyed taking care of horses and riding. His family was the most important thing in his life.
He leaves to cherish his sweet memories, Mother Florida Rice, one daughter Tameka Hill of San Antonio, TX. Two granddaughters, Tamea Hill and Tanesah Hill, a stepbrother, Tyrus Wilson and a host of friends and relatives
