  1. Sis. Rucker you will be truly missed. It was a blessing to see you come to church each Sunday.  You are resting in the arms of your Savior. Bro. Rucker yoy are in my thoughts and prayers deepest condolences to you and the family,  God bless .

  2. DORRIS, RIP –
It has been a pleasure to have known you for many years. You were always smiling.  Attending PWAA’s meetings and  always willing to give and help out whatever we were doing at the time. Experiencing your sandwich loaf at our first “EGG NOG” SIP, I was hooked.
    Thanks for the memories…

  3. Even though I had not seen her in many years, I was deepened saddened to hear the news…

In my eyes Ms Dorsie Rucker was a one of a kind bright shining Star.
She was so full of life and creativity and laughter.
Her light shined and will always shine bright like the sun.

    With Love
    Debbie

  5. Our condolences to the Rucker family-Doris was always caring and pleasant  she made her rounds visiting Mary Shannon faithfully ,may she rest in peace  God Bless your families   Dorothy & Ervin Shannon

  6. My friend, Doris Rucker will be missed…..Antioch has lost a faithful member….she was usually one on the first members for the 7:30 am service…..always had a smile and words of encouragement …..  I fondly called her Miss Walmart.  Doris was a true survivor….nothing seemed to keep her sharing her smile and love for her family, church family and friends.
    To her family …….
When you are sorrowful, look again in your heart, and you shall see that, in truth, you are weeping for that which has been your delight   Kahlil Gibran

  7. Mrs. Doris I called her. Such a joy. I’d enter the Walmart never to start shopping until I looked for her. To talk share a smile and a hug. Always a wonderful conversation. I’m so glad of our moments together. RIP my previous angel. Loved, missed and newer forgotten. Love ya Terri Brooks Ray
