  1. My condolences to the entire family of D, I remember he made me wake up and workout on those days I was feeling lazy, he would say come on Spence we got to get it in you can rest afterwards, he was always so encouraging, I am a police officer and he was always concerned of my safety regardless of how he felt about police, and I hope he knew how very much I appreciated that. D was a funny dude, our workout sessions were 1 hours but we would be bullsh**ting so much and laughing about stuff that our sessions stretched into 2 maybe more hours. D had an opinion on everything no matter the topic, what I appreciated about him being so opinionated was that he was always willing to hear your side of the discussion and never got upset because you didnt agree with him. So until we meet again D, thanks for sharing your passion of exercise with me, thanks for the laughter, most of all thanks for the memories. P.S I am doing what you have been encouraging me to do from the time we met, Ive given up smoking D.

  2. My deepest condolences to the family. I always considered Dietrk my little brother. I will miss our talks, but hold them close to my heart. May God comfort and strengthen you all in the coming days.

  3. “D”, you will truly be missed. My heart is heavy. I just received this information today. You were a joy to be around, ALWAYS had a smile on your face to brighten someone’s day. I just said this week, when I go to Dallas I was going to the “SPOT” where we all met every day for an hour. I said to you then love you and we’ll meet again. RIH.
