BARBARA ANN SHAKIR

Barbara Ann Driver was born on April 8, 1957 in Olton,, Texas to the late Lee Andrew Driver and Willie Helen Driver. She was truly their baby. She was a proud veteran of the US Army where she met the love of her life Dawud Shakira. They were married 37 years until his death. She was a manager with the Walmart family for 20 years where she acquired many friends. She loved San Antonio and through her beautiful heart impacted so many.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters Gloria Woods, Mable Nash, and Helen Ruth Moore; and her brother Larry Woods.
She leaves to cherish her memories her daughters Chezla Driver, and Misty Moss; sister Mary Theresa Acy; five grandchildren: Romello, Gloria, Keyshawn Amazjhane and Ticen; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She was a wonderful Mother, Daughter, Sister, Auntie, NANNA & Friend and she was beautiful at it. PERIOD.
