Valerie Marie Foster was born March 3rd, 1965, in San Antonio TX to the parents of Clyde S Foster Sr. and Clara Marie Foster. She was the eldest of three children. From early on Valerie was faced with several health challenges and the doctors did not think she would live past six months but God granted her 60 full years of life. She was baptized as a baby at Brooks Medical Center. Valerie went to public school and graduated from EloiseJaphet School. She was a faithful member of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church as well as the Senior Mission Department. Valerie loved going on rides to run errands with her mother. She was a delight to everyone she came across. Her favorite meal was enchiladas and red beans. She loved to go to church on Sundays. Her favorite pastime was jumping on the trampoline.

She is preceded in death by her Father Clyde S. Foster Sr. She leaves to cherish her memories – Mother Clara M Foster, sister Chiffon R. Foster, brother Clyde S. Foster Jr, along with a host of family and friends.
