Etta Wiley Wallace, age 94, entered eternal rest on December 1, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas, with her loving family by her side. She was born in Scotland Neck, North Carolina, on April 13, 1931 to the late James Wiley Young and Candies Anthony.

Etta met and married the love of her life, Frank Wallace Jr., and together they shared a beautiful union of 43 years until his passing in 1999. A devoted military wife and the heart of her family, she was a true matriarch whose gentle spirit and magnetic personality touched all who knew her.
