Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I had the absolute pleasure of working alongside Antoinette in a number of plays put on by Kathy Hornsby as well as enjoyed poetry and excerpts shared from one of her many poems. Antoinette was a very bright and well spoken woman who always represented herself in the best light. She truly believed in the expression “lift as you climb” and she did that for many. She is and will be missed but we will do our best to honor her memory and continue the legacy of keeping the Arts alive.

  2. We would like to send our condolences to the family. Ms. Antoinette was a member of Lambda Beta Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma International Society for Key Women Educators.

  3. I became friends with Toni at the school where we worked in 2001. Whenever I faced concerns, or whenever I met with joys,…. I could always count on Toni to share those joys and concerns with me. I never had any doubt that she might become vengeful, spiteful, or judgmental. She always simply treated me respectfully as a fellow one of God’s children. I think this was her approach with all who met or knew her. In the last few years, she regularly encouraged me to continue producing watercolor paintings and to submit them to the Carver Literary Art Society Guild for annual publications. It has been a joy for me to participate in the CLASG writing group. She was a very supportive, loving, kind, loyal, and steadfast friend. Will miss her greatly.
