RANDY L MAYES

October 16, 1962 ~ July 24, 2023

Randy Laurel Mayes was born to Duke and Easter May Dixon Hall on October 16, 1962, in San Antonio, Texas. He was a San Antonio, TX native and graduate of East Central High School, class of 1981. Shortly after graduation, he enlisted in the United States Army serving his country between 1981 – 1990. Following his military service, Randy returned home to San Antonio and in his leisure time, enjoyed spending time with his family.

Randy went home to be with the lord at the early age of 60 on Monday, July 24, 2023, at noon. He was surrounded by his loving family members. He was preceded in death by his dearly departed parents, Duke and Easter M. Hall. Randy will forever be in the hearts and memory of his beloved family which include his brothers: Corwin (Jackie) Mayes and Dwayne (Lisa) Mayes of San Antonio, TX and son, Randy L. Mayes Jr. of Houston TX, including nieces: Shemika (Taurean) King, Rolanda (Richard) Sullivan, Lashondra (Cedric) McKenzie, Kaneka (Shawn) Glover, Jilanda Bell, Katrece Mayes, and Jamila Mayes, nephews: Terrence Mayes and Jacore Mayes, as well as a host of cousins, uncles, aunts, friends, and co-workers.
