IVY JEWEL JONES

Ivy Jewel Jones transitioned to be with the Lord on October 14, 2022 at the age of 89. She was born February 19, 1933. to Jeff and Pearl Perryman who precedes her in death.

She was joined in marriage to Douglas Miller and in this union, she was blessed with two sons: Douglas Miller, Jr. (Sticky) and Michael. Ivy Jewel Jones was again joined in marriage to Delvin Jones, who preceded her in death.

Ivy Jones accepted Christ at a very early age. Being the 9th child of 11 children of musicians, ministers, and singers. She was a pianist and singer. She sung with the Perryman Quintet and church choir.

Preceding her in death are Douglas Miller, Jr (son); Douglas Miller (husband); Brothers: Rev. Herbert Smith, Bishop Milton Perryman, Minister John Perryman, Joe Tucker, Sterling Perryman and Dennis Perryman; Sisters: Sally Smith, Dora Carter and Ida May McGrue; many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.

Leaving to mourn are Son. Michael Miller; Brother, Richard Perryman; Daughters -in-law, Terri Miller (who cared for her), Alma Miller and Sticky's wife. Many grandchildren, great grandchildren and 1 great -great grandchild.
