CHARLIE FRANK MARTIN

Charlie Frank Martin was born June 7, 1933, in Norene Tennessee. He is the third child of 14 siblings of George Henry and Alta Lue Rhodes Martin. His wife Constance Jean Martin, his father, mother, and four siblings preceded him in death, brother William, and Aaron, sisters Lola, Martha, Alma and one step child Alicia.

Deacon Martin spent over 20 years in the military, he became a member of St. Stephen's Baptist Church in 1986 under the leader ship of Rev. L. C. Griffin, Deacon Martin has been a faithful member. He served in the Trustee Ministry, City Wide and Guadalupe Brotherhood, and the Male and Mission Choir.

Deacon leaves to cherish his memories, son Steven, daughters Nina and Sherry, stepson Michael, step daughters, Chavalia, and 15 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, his brothers Jimmie (Elizabeth) Robbins III, Wilson (Dorothy), Melvin Murfreesboro of Tennessee, Joe, Odell, J . W., of Nashville, Tennessee, Juanita (Steve) of WalterHill, Tennessee, Betty of LasCassa , Tennessee, and a host of relative and friends.
