DARWIN HERMAN LEWIS

Darwin "DO" Herman Lewis, age 16, peacefully passed away August 14, 2021 at Santa Rosa Children's Hospital in San Antonio, TX.

He was a member of Lilly of the Valley and a sophomore in high school at Roosevelt. 
He was born July 21,2005 in New Orleans, Louisana. He was beloved son of Lenell Blackmon and the late Herman Lewis. Loving grandson of Audrey J. Blackmon and Lindsay Hathorn.

Darwin is also survived by 3 of his sisters: Britany Blackmon, Audrey Blackmon, and Tracey Blackmon and one brother, Joshua Blackmon. Darwin is also survived by a lot of nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, family and friends.
