NATALIE J. GARNER

February 20, 1957 ~ August 7, 2021

Natalie J. Breckenridge Garner, 64, of San Antonio, TX, passed away on August 7th, after a year long battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her family and friends.

Natalie, born on February 20, 1957 to Nathaniel Deforest Breckenridge and Mabel Martin Breckenridge in Kittery, Maine, immediately brought joy and laughter into the world. Natalie went on to graduate from John Jay High School in 1975. Natalie was born to an Air Force  family and had the opportunity to live abroad in Wakkanai Japan, Sapporo Japan, Iraklion Crete, Karamursel Turkey, Misawa Japan and England. She worked for WellMed for more than  18  years as a claims examiner and trainer.

Natalie was a fiercely dedicated mom to all of her children, raising all 3 of them to go on to accomplish great things. Family came first and was above all else to Natalie, a value she instilled in all those around her. The hole left by her absence is impossible to fill.

Natalie was predeceased by father Nathaniel. She is survived by her mother Mabel Martin Breckenridge, and by her three children Jason Garner (Stephanie), Brittany Garner, Francis Garner (Kerry) and 8 beautiful grandchildren: Annalese, Caleb, Jaylen, Kash, Jayde, Averi, Kali, and London. Natalie is also survived by her siblings Keith Breckenridge (Nela), Sharon Breckenridge Thomas (Bryan), Michelle Breckenridge Mitchell (Mark) and a host of loving nieces and nephews.
