MARGARET SCOTT
November 19, 1924 ~ January 31, 2021
Margaret Scott was born November 19, 1924 in Prairie Lea, Tx. She was the third child born to mother Hester Harris and father Nelson Harris. She moved to San Antonio, and in 1968 she married Jessie Scott, who precedes her in death.
Margaret worked in the healthcare field caring for patients for many years.
Margaret was a long time member of Mount Zion First Baptist Church. She served in the choir, on the mission board and Circle of Elders Ministry.
Margaret was preceded in death by her father Nelson Harris and mother Hester Harris, husband Jessie Scott, sister Bencie Hardeman and brother Francis Harris. She leaves behind 2 nieces Cora Redd and Brenda Murry and nephew Phillip Hardeman. She has a host of great nieces and nephews, family, friends and loved ones.
