February 13, 1980 ~ June 26, 2020

Teral Lee Miller, Jr. was born February 13, 1980 to the late Teral Lee Miller, Sr. and Lula Stevens Miller.  Even though Teral was here for a short time, he lived a full life.

He graduated from Sam Houston High School in 1998 and attended Sul Ross State University on a football scholarship.

He was a lifelong member of Jacobs Chapel United Methodist Church.  He was a dedicated Christian who loved the Lord.  He served as Lay Leader, member of the Administrative Council and Staff Pastor Parish Committee.  His passion was singing for the Lord.  He loved music and was an excellent dancer and quite a comediaqn.  He was a talented tenor who often sang solos.  He sung in the Children’s Choir, Youth Choir, directed the Youth Choir.  He also sung with the Gospel Choir as well as directed it.  He was also a member of the Men’s Chorus and the Young Adult Choir (Rebirth).  He also sang with another Young Adult group called Extreme Praise at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church.  In the early part of 1990 when Jacobs Chapel had a pageant fundraiser, he competed and won the title of “Prince”.

Always an athlete, at age 6 he started playing football with the Southeast Apaches Pop Warner Football Team and played baseball with the Little League.  At Sam Houston, he played football, ran track and played baseball.  Teral was a sports fanatic.  He had an answer for anything you could ask him about sports, especially about the Spurs and the Cowboys.  He was into Fantasy Football and Baseball.  He loved his children.  They were his pride and joy.  He went to most all of Tyrell’s Sam Houston High School basketball and football games and Terashay’s Wagner High School tennis and volleyball games.  He was there so much all of their teammates knew him.  Teral worked at Lancer, Corporation for 10 years and then worked as a Program Manager at Jana, Incorporated, in Universal City since 2011.  He was well-liked there and earned numerous recognitions.  Everyone loved Teral.  To know him was to love him.
