FRANK NATHAN CAESAR, JR.

February 26, 1953 ~ April 6, 2020

Frank Jr. was born in Galveston, Texas to Frank Nathan Caesar, Sr. and Ella Green Caesar on February 26, 1953. Frank attended Crossley Elementary school in Corpus Christi, Texas until the family moved to San Antonio, Texas in 1961. There he attended Gates Elementary school and Riley Junior High School. He graduated from Sam Houston High School in 1972. Widely recognized in the Sam Houston Cherokee #23 jersey, he was lauded for his football skills throughout school.

Frank Jr. soon entered the workforce working at A&B Muffler and Anthony's Planet Pickup where he was a specialized welder and exhaust specialist among many other trades. He loved his family and hosting family gatherings. Frank's hobbies and interests included antique & classic cars, and cheering for his favorite teams, the Dallas Cowboys and San Antonio Spurs. He also continued his love for baseball by playing in multiple city leagues.

Frank Jr. was preceded in death by his grandparents, parents, and first wife, Mary Jo Boston Caesar.

Frank Jr. leaves to cherish memory; his second wife: Shirley Fay Evans Caesar; four sons: Frank Nathan Caesar HI (Hopie), Ronnie Christopher Caesar, Jason Lamont Caesar (Dalana), and Carlton Newton Caesar; siblings: Earl Bruce Caesar (Candy) and Nona  Gail Taylor (Carl); mother-in-laws: Lilly Mae Boston and Marline (Merlin) Evans; life partner: Alder (Cookie) Shields; 11 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, a memorial service may be scheduled at a later date.
