  1. “To my poppa”
I will always remember and love you for always being there for me.You will always be my great poppa and I will miss you.
    See you later…your grand-daughter Keisha.

  2. Bob is one of my heroes and inspirations.  For the last few years, he was the school crossing guard for Bowden Elementary.  We live on the corner where he stood every morning and afternoon, rain or shine.  He greeted the kids going to and coming from school, getting them across the street safely, and with a cheery smile.  He also greeted folks in cars crossing the intersection with a loud “Good morning!” and “How ya doing?”, and, of course “Have a great day” – again with a wave and a great big smile.  I loved hearing his voice greeting folks and the cars that would honk their horns back in response.  He had quite a following.  He would always come over to our corner and chat.  He came to know so many people, and everyone loved Bob.  He was a friend to everyone.  He always brightened my day to talk to him, and see how he made everybody’s day a bit better.  I will miss Bob so much.
My sincere condolances to Bob’s family and friends.  The world was a better place because of him.

  3. I would like to express my sincere condolences. The Bible is a great source of encouragement during times like this. May the “God of all comfort”
    (2 Corinthians 1:3) comfort you.

  4. Barbara I feel the same I wanted EVERYONE experience that same happenest you felt. He truly loved his job and helping the kids and some adults. I really miss him. I will try to keep his memorial site updated on his corner Lamer and Pine.
